The founders of Tink came up with the brilliant idea to link individuals’ personal finances such as payments, income, savings and accounts to one platform. They got in contact with us to ask us to design their brand identity. Tink represents simplicity and security whilst giving a modern & flexible impression.
We wanted to portray a sense of warmth yet focus on the security aspect. We therefore played with the contrast of soft and solid in the symbol, and the result became a classical staple-diagram in the shape of a tilted heart.
During the concept-phase we worked a lot with transitions to see how diagrams could evolve.
